    Does Honest Mobile use its own network?

    Honest Mobile uses Three’s network infrastructure for its Classic SIM plans. With a separate Smart eSIM Backup (which works alongside your main mobile plan) you can also connect to EE, O2, Three and Vodafone.

    Does Honest Mobile support eSIM?

    Yes. You can choose an eSIM instead of a physical SIM when taking out an Honest Mobile plan, but your phone must support the technology (most new phones do).

    What’s the difference between Honest Mobile’s Classic SIM and Smart SIM?

    The Classic SIM is a standard mobile plan with everything you’d expect - so calls, texts and a choice of data allowances are all available to you. You can use it as your main SIM as either a physical SIM or eSIM.

    The Smart SIM is an eSIM backup. It can connect to EE, O2, Three and Vodafone in the UK, but only for around 500 supported apps. It doesn’t support standard phone calls or texts, general web browsing, VPNs, social media or video streaming.

    Does Honest Mobile include EU data roaming?

    Honest Mobile includes five days of EU roaming at no extra cost on every trip. After the first five days, you will pay £2 a day to continue using your UK allowance. A fair usage limit of 20GB a month applies.
